Services Offered
  1. Routine (annual) Inspections on commercial conveyances  (elevators, escalators, moving walks, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, and more) for state compliance.
  2. Periodic (annual) Safety Test Witnessing on commercial conveyances.
  3. Initial Acceptance Inspection and Test Witnessing on new commercial conveyances for state compliance.
  4. Alteration Acceptance Inspection and Test Witnessing on existing commercial conveyances for state compliance.
  5. Coordination with maintenance providers and the Bureau of Elevator Safety to assist in renewing Certificates of Operation on yearly basis.
  6. Code Compliance Inspections on new or existing private residence elevators, wheelchair lifts, stair/chair lifts, and dumbwaiters.
  7. Consulting Services which include, but are not limited to maintenance and wear evaluation, service contract and bid document drafting, and new or existing construction job management.
